This crystal has been repaired to create a sharp, well proportioned point, perfectly polished. I don't usually buy those but this has a few things going for it. First there is the water clear quality of the quartz, which has a few phantoms, but could easily have produced a 5 carat faceted stone. I believe the reason someone took the time to recut it was to show off a rainbow. How can you not love that? A bit flashy as a pendant, but perfect for a pendulum.
